Order Processing

Upon ordering, domestic orders will be fulfilled and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and will be handed over to the transportation carrier. The actual delivery time is within 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped from our fulfillment center.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to certain conditions that are beyond our control (Covid-19 circumstances, severe weather, holiday shipment volume increase, etc.)

Our fulfillment team is always considerate of the customers’ time, patience, and satisfaction.

If you have a promotional code or gift card to use, you can input that information during checkout, in the box labeled "Gift code or discount code." If you receive an error message or a promo code or gift card is not applied to your order, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance here. Promotions may not be combined, please check the Gift/Bundle/BOGO section below.

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Shipping

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you are purchasing an e-gift card, a digital card with a code will be emailed to the recipient, and you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the e-gift card has been sent. E-gift cards can be used just like regular gift cards online or in stores.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to conditions that are beyond our control. If you place an order and we are aware that we cannot ship your order within the time we stated or within 30 days of our shipping policy, we will seek your consent to the delayed shipment. In case we cannot obtain your consent to the delay, we will promptly refund your order.

International Shipping Delivery

The price and delivery time may vary depending on the selected carrier.

All international shipments may take 3-10 business days from the date that the carrier picks up the fulfilled orders from our location.

Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout however; shipping orders outside the U.S. may vary depending on carrier and destination address.

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs taxes or fees depending on the country’s laws and regulations. These taxes and fees must be paid by the customer and will be displayed at checkout.

The customs taxes and fees are included in the shipping for certain countries depending on their laws and regulations. (E.g. Canada, Australia, etc...)

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carriers will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

Gift/Bundle/BOGO with Purchase

The gift card is valid only on www.gobicashmere.com/us. The card expires and cannot be used 12 months after the date of purchase. This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. GOBI Cashmere disclaims any liability for cards that are misplaced, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. Acceptance of these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of this card.
Promotional codes are valid only for orders with a minimum purchase amount of $200 (before shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges). They are not valid on gift cards, previous purchases, Buy-One-Get-One offers, $99 Hat & Sweater Set, gift boxes, or new collection items. Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or processing fees. For further information, contact customer service.
To receive a gift/additional BOGO (Buy 1, Get 1 Free) and bundle item, the customer should add it to the basket with the selected item, otherwise, the gift/additional BOGO and bundle item will not be shipped together. GOBI has no authority to ship the item/additional BOGO and bundle item, which was not on the final placed order.
At the end of GOBI’s promotions, coupons, gifts, bundles, BOGO, sales offers, and any following offers can have varying duration dates and differing sales concepts. Certain promotions may not be used in the same order. Please contact our customer service for more information.
The gift promotion does not apply to orders placed under the "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" promotion.
When placing an order using the BOGO promotion, please note that the order will be charged by the higher-valued product and the lower-valued product will be considered free.

Loyalty Point

Loyalty points are redeemable only on orders with a minimum cart value of $200 (before shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges).
Loyalty points may be redeemed at checkout; however, they cannot be combined with a coupon code or store credit.
Loyalty points may be used on on-sale products and in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that loyalty points will expire after six (6) months of account inactivity and cannot be reactivated.
