Shipping Policy

Upon ordering, domestic orders will be fulfilled and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and will be handed over to the transportation carrier. The actual delivery time is within 1-3 business days after the order has been shipped from our fulfillment center.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to certain conditions that are beyond our control (Covid-19 circumstances, severe weather, holiday shipment volume increase, etc.)

If you have a promotional code or gift card to use, you can input that information during checkout, in the box labeled "Gift code or discount code." You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you are purchasing an e-gift card, a digital card with a code will be emailed to the recipient, and you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the e-gift card has been sent. E-gift cards can be used just like regular gift cards online or in stores.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to conditions that are beyond our control. If you place an order and we are aware that we cannot ship your order within the time we stated or within 30 days of our shipping policy, we will seek your consent to the delayed shipment. In case we cannot obtain your consent to the delay, we will promptly refund your order.

The price and delivery time may vary depending on the selected carrier.

All international shipments may take 3-10 business days from the date that the carrier picks up the fulfilled orders from our location.

Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout however; shipping orders outside the U.S. may vary depending on carrier and destination address.

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs taxes or fees depending on the country’s laws and regulations. These taxes and fees must be paid by the customer and will be displayed at checkout.

The customs taxes and fees are included in the shipping for certain countries depending on their laws and regulations. (E.g. Canada, Australia, etc...)

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carriers will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

The gift promotion does not apply to orders placed under the "Buy 1, Get 1 Free" promotion. Unless an additional product above the threshold of $149 outside the BOGO promotion is placed in the same order, in which case the gift is applicable.

Promotional coupon codes are not applicable on products with sales over 30% off or more and, the following products: a $99 Hat & Sweater Set, Fixed-priced items including a $39 Hat and $59 Scarf, Cashmere Comb, Cashmere Sneakers, Gift Cards, and Gift Boxes

To receive a gift/additional BOGO and bundle item, the customer should add it to the basket with the selected item, otherwise, the gift/additional BOGO and bundle item will not be shipped together. GOBI has no authority to ship the item/additional bundle item which was not on the final placed order

At the end of GOBI’s promotions, coupons, gifts, bundles, BOGO, sales offers and any following offers can have varying duration dates and differing sales concepts.

Loyalty points can be redeemed at checkout; however, they cannot be combined with a coupon code or store credit.

Loyalty points can be redeemed with on-sale products and other promotions. Please note that our Loyalty point will expire after 6 months of inactivity
