SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping Policy

Delivery Prices

  • FREE Shipping is available within Germany OR if your total order amount is over 150,00€ and if your delivery is within Europe.
  • Shipping cost in is 12,00€ within other European countries if your order amount is less than 150,00€.
  • Shipping cost for the Non EU counties varies

 

Delivery Method        

  • Our deliveries are carried through by our logistics partner DHL 
  • Order confirmation e-mail will be sent after you make your order, which includes a product description
  • Fulfillment confirmation e-mail will be sent after your product has been handed over from Gobi Cashmere Europe GmbH to our logistics partner. This e-mail will include order tracking number, our return policy and further instruction to follow for the return process (return portal and return label)

Delivery Period

  • Under the normal circumstances, products will be packed and handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days
  • The actual delivery time of the parcel varies between 1-14 working days within Europe and deliveries to non EU countries can take up to 21 working days depending on the destination
  • Please understand that Gobi Cashmere Europe GmbH don’t do last mile delivery ourselves but has partnership with delivery companies and therefore in some cases our partners due to unforeseen circumstances may take a bit longer than expected 

Special Orders

  • In rare cases, due to the German customs laws international orders that are above 1,000€ may be delivered in multiple packages at different times

 

Returns

Return Policy

  • Returns are eligible up to 14 days, the return eligibility date will start once the customer receives the delivery
  • In order to speed up the return and refund process, please follow our official return process as returns that didn’t follow our official return process will take longer to be processed and refunded
  • We offer free return worldwide
  • Only during the holiday season, Gobi Cashmere's return policy will be extended from 14 days to 21 days from the day of product delivery

 

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned undamaged in its original condition and packaging (includes tag). If the goods are returned worn or used (does not apply to trying on), a refund is not possible
  • Not accepted returns will be sent back to the customer and the delivery cost will be covered by the customer

Return Delivery

  • Until the delivery to our warehouse the parcel remains under customers Please keep the proof of postage.

Return Process

  1. Visit our return portal (link below)
  2. Put in your Postal code for the delivery and the order number
  3. Choose which product(s) you want to return and the reason for the return
  4. Choose whether you want to exchange a product or for a money refund
  5. Choose a drop of Point nearest to you
  6. Print out the Label and bring your return to the drop of Point
  7. Chosen delivery service delivers return to our logistics center
  8. Products are inspected, either approved or disapproved for return
  9. If approved, product will be exchanged and re-shipped within 14 working days
  10. If approved, refund will be made within 3 workings days to our financial intermediary (bank) and they will refund the money which will take on average 3 working days

Refunds

  • Once returned product is inspected and accepted, the full refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method customer has used to proceed the purchase.
  • In case of a return of the complete order, the shipping cost (if charged) will be refunded as well.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange one or more products, you can do so within 14 working days by indicating in the return portal what you would like in exchange.
  • Once product has been exchanged it follows the same delivery process of as mentioned above

Prices & Expenses

  • The payment amount will reflect the price stated at the time of purchase on our website
  • The prices quoted are final prices, that is, they include the respectively valid German statutory VAT
  • Order delivery process will start once payment has been fully accepted

 

Lost Parcel

  • In case of a lost parcel, Gobi Cashmere will conduct an investigation process to DHL.
