In February 2024, we achieved another major milestone by becoming the first Mongolian company to receive the same certification for finished garments. The Clean Fibre Processing Standard ensures that first-stage facilities wash and dehair raw cashmere while meeting the highest environmental, social, and chemical safety standards.

All our orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 working days from the warehouse of our 3PL partner, Tarlu C/O Tarlu Fulfillment Factory road, Unit-17A Factory Road, Poole, Dorset United Kingdom BH16 5SH, and handed over to our logistics partners.
An order confirmation email will be sent after the customer makes the order, which includes an invoice and our terms and policies.

Delivery Method
We collaborate with Royal Mail for all our deliveries, with options of standard and “next day” shipping.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order is fulfilled and ready to be handed over to the transportation carrier. This email will include a tracking number for shipping, our return policy, and further instructions to follow for the return process.

Under normal circumstances, products will be packed and handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days.
The actual delivery time of the parcel varies between 2-4 business days within the UK and deliveries to the Republic of Ireland can take up to 7 business days.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, estimated delivery dates can also change between the time you place and receive an order. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as tracking links and order detail.
Customs and regulations
Outside the UK
For orders outside of the UK, the customer must pay customs charges before the shipment is delivered. The quoted final prices will not include VAT or GST.
The charges might include import duties, import VAT, customs clearance charges, and other applicable charges.
These fees shall be handled by the customers and please note that the company has no authority over the customs and duty taxes.
Gift/Bundle/BOGO
The gift card is valid only on gobicashmere.com/uk. The card expires and cannot be used 12 months after the date of purchase. This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. GOBI Cashmere disclaims any liability for cards that are misplaced, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. Acceptance of these terms and conditions indicates acceptance of this card.
Promotional codes are valid only for orders with a minimum purchase amount of £200 (before shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges). They are not valid on gift cards, previous purchases, Buy-One-Get-One offers, £99 Hat & Sweater Set, gift boxes, or new collection items. Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or processing fees. For further information, contact customer service.
To receive a gift/additional BOGO (Buy 1, Get 1 Free) and bundle item, the customer should add it to the basket with the selected item, otherwise, the gift/additional BOGO and bundle item will not be shipped together. GOBI has no authority to ship the item/additional BOGO and bundle item, which was not on the final placed order.
At the end of GOBI’s promotions, coupons, gifts, bundles, BOGO, sales offers, and any following offers can have varying duration dates and differing sales concepts. Certain promotions may not be used in the same order. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Loyalty Policy
Loyalty points are redeemable only on orders with a minimum cart value of £200 (before shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges).
Loyalty points may be redeemed at checkout; however, they cannot be combined with a coupon code or store credit.
Loyalty points may be used on on-sale products and in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that loyalty points will expire after six (6) months of account inactivity and cannot be reactivated.
