We are looking for a motivated, fashion-conscious Sales Advisor who genuinely enjoys working with people and can represent GOBI Cashmere with confidence and care. Experience selling premium or luxury products is a plus — but your attitude and dedication matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Providing professional, dedicated service to our discerning clientele
  • Actively approaching customers and confidently guiding sales consultations through to a successful close
  • Ensuring the optimal presentation and maintenance of the sales floor
  • Handling cash transactions and daily cash closing procedures
  • Supporting product presentation, stock maintenance, and merchandise care

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, ideally with premium or luxury products
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
  • Very good German and basic English skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • A well-groomed, professional appearance
