General terms and conditions (GTC) for orders via
For the business relations between GOBI CASHMERE UK LTD (GOBI, we, us) and the purchaser of goods via the online sales platform at as well as for all our deliveries and services, the following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply in their version at the date of the order.

1. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery of Goods
1.1 Contracts on [] are concluded in English.
1.2 The presentation of the goods on our website does not constitute a binding offer by GOBI to enter into a purchase contract.
1.3 The following are the steps for online orders;

  • Enter your customer data: invoice address, delivery address, add contact details including email and phone number

  • Check & verify info (name, address, method of payment, ordered items)
  • Send order
1.4 By submitting the order form provided on our website by clicking the "Confirm Payment" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contact with us. GOBI will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order with us, and the details of your order (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your offer but is only for informational purposes.
1.5 The purchase contract between you and GOBI comes into effect only if we expressly declare the purchase offer or have confirmed the shipment of the goods by means of a separate e-mail.
1.6 If delivery of the goods ordered by you is not possible, for example, because the goods ordered are not in stock, GOBI will not accept your offer. A contract is not concluded in this case. GOBI will promptly inform you about this and reimburse any consideration already received. GOBI is only obliged to deliver from its stock of goods.
1.7 GOBI is entitled to refuse an offer without giving reasons, in particular if there is a reasonable suspicion that the goods purchased via the internet may be resold commercially.
2. Prices, Shipping and Shipping Costs
2.1 The prices stated in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices quoted are final prices, and includes the VAT. The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
2.2 Consignments of goods sold directly to customers in the Republic of Ireland require the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. This limitation applies to the value of the whole consignment and not the individual goods it includes.
At the end of any of GOBI’s promotions or sales offers, any subsequent offers may have the same or similar sales amount or products in scope. In addition, each promotion or sale can have a varying date, and a different sales concept.
2.4 Shipping costs
  • The standard shipping cost is £5
  • The express shipping cost is £10
2.5 GOBI is responsible for the transportation of the products and for the transportation of the products with our logistic partners. Goods are ready for shipment within 1-2 working days of the order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made within 1-5 business days to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the UK.

2.6 Although we strive to ensure delivery within the specified time period, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events such as holidays and extraordinary workloads.

2.8 If you have ordered several products at the same time, the individual products can be delivered at different times. Shipping costs are only charged once.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment methods offered include:
  • Pre-payment
  • Credit card
We reserve the right not to offer certain types of payment and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the UK and European Union. Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.
3.2 If you choose the payment type "Pre-payment", we will tell you our bank account in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days.
3.3 In the case of purchase by credit card, we will charge your credit card account when sending the order.
3.4 You agree that you will receive invoices and credits only in electronic form.
3.5 Your order data will be stored by us. You can print out the contract text of your order before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of your order. You will also receive an order confirmation with all the data given by e-mail as well as a version of the model cancellation form, which can be printed.
3.6 We offer price adjustments within the UK. The price adjustment eligible date is within 14 days of placement of the original order. If the item you received had a price change, please contact our customer support team within 4 business days after the original order placement. If the request is later than the given time, we are unable to issue the price adjustment.
The personal data that you send us by e-mail when you place an order will be processed exclusively for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you provided us with the data (E.g., data required for delivery to the shipping company, Data required for payment to the contracted credit institution).
Due to the many variations in computer monitors and the different lighting for each setting (i.e., studio lighting vs. outdoor lighting), the colours of the goods may appear differently. Monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise.
5.Legal Right of revocation
5.1 When purchasing GOBI products, you have a legal right of cancellation:
5.2 The cancellation right applies only to consumers, who are natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed occupation.
5.3 We would like to inform you that you can obtain a returns label from our return portal in the UK. To use our return portal please note: Order number/Delivery number= GOBI-XXXXX ,etc. ,and the customer’s email address.
6. Cancellation Instruction
You have the right to cancel a contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party you designate, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must contact

about your decision to cancel a contract. You can use the enclosed cancellation form. This is not mandatory. You may also electronically fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear statement via the contact form on our website If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of the receipt of your cancellation (E.g., by e-mail). In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the cancellation right before the end of the cancellation period.
7. Consequences of Cancellation
7.1 If you cancel a contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your cancellation of the contract has been received by us. For reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case, will you be charged for any reimbursement fees.
7.2 We may refuse the repayment until you have returned the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
7.3 You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract
7.4 The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the deadline of 14 days. We will bear the costs of the return of the goods if you use the return label provided by us for a return from the UK. Otherwise, the return costs are to be borne by you.
7.5 You must pay for a possible loss of value of the goods only if this loss in value is attributable to handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the nature, composition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

9. Reimbursements
Any reimbursements will be automatically made on the account you used for payment.
  • Prepayment: the reassignment is directed to the account from which the transfer was made.
  • Credit card: the refund will be made to the associated credit card account.

11. Your Legal Rights
11.1 We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with each contract. Nothing in these GTC will affect these legal rights.
11.2 Your legal rights say that goods supplied to you must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Where, during the expected lifespan of your goods, this is not the case, your legal rights entitle you to the following:
  • (a) Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
  • (b) Up to six months: if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
  • (c) Up to six years: if your goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.

12. Liability
12.1 If we fail to comply with these GTC, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
12.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products, including the right to receive Products which are: as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
12.3 We are not liable for business losses. If you use the Products for any commercial or business purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
13. Other Important Terms
13.1 We are constantly trying to improve our goods, so these GTC may need to change along with our goods. We reserve the right to change the GTC at any time. We will publish any updated GTC, and they will be effective as of the date of publishing and apply to orders placed on and after that date.
13.2 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these GTC to another organization. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these GTC to another person if we agree to this in writing.
13.3 A contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these GTC
13.4 Each of the paragraphs of these GTC operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
13.5 If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these GTC, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
13.6 These GTC are governed by English law, and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the goods in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
Gift Policy
From time to time, we run “Free Gift/Bundle” offers and promotions when you purchase qualifying items or place a qualifying order. These are the terms and conditions that govern those promotions:
  • (a) The gift/additional bundle item cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
  • (b) This offer is only available on orders placed here on our website,
  • (c) The gift/bundle promotion offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website unless otherwise stated.
  • (d) The gift/additional bundle item will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order.
  • (e) If a customer wishes to return an order that included a gift/additional bundle item, please be sure to include the gift/additional bundle item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
  • (f) This promotion or offer is valid within the dates as stated on the relevant page.
  • (g) In the event of any dispute, the decision of Gobi Cashmere is final.
  • (h) We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this, we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this page.
  • (i) A customer is not eligible for the gift/ bundle promotion by the sole purchase of a gift card. The customer can receive the gift/bundle promotion by purchasing the gift card. Thus, only the final receiver or user of the gift card is applicable for a gift.
  • (j) The customer can add the gift/additional bundle item to the shopping cart himself and by doing so he agrees to our gift conditions. We are not obliged to redeliver the gift/additional bundle item or change/edit the order.
